This Starbucks is located at the southern end of terminal 2 at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport next to Gate B22. It's an island coffee shop so it's hard to miss. There's a small counter nearby for you to enjoy your drink. Per the usual, I skipped the line and placed my order on their mobile app. Unfortunately, this location was missing ingredients for my drink and they didn't warm up my food properly when I was last here. Slowest Starbucks operation in history. With 7 people working, they are probably 80% less productive than your average Starbucks: About 3 of them are talking doing nothing, they do not take mobile orders and mix up orders about half the time.

Terribly unorganized. The employees don't seem to care at all about getting drinks out correctly or in a timely manner. Couldn't believe how bad they behaved either - two of the employees clearly had an issue with one another which contributed to the chaos.
