Not what I expected at all food was not cooked all the way and had no flavor I ordered the fried chicken and got 2 chicken patties wasted time and money will not go back
Back in February I went to the Springfield location late night and ordered ham steak and eggs and they rang up the incorrect amount. They charge me for the country, ham and eggs so they rang up the correct amount on my credit card and I was double charged I was charged $15.78 for the county ham and $13.03 for the ham steak and eggs. Two big pieces of French toast and fresh fried eggs. Simple and delicious! Friendly wait staff who treated me like a regular even though I’m a newcomer. The restaurant smells fresh and looks cozy like you’d expect. Glad I stopped in for an evening breakfast. Thanks for being open 24 hours in Arlington.

Bob & Edith's DINER - North Arlington is a local eatery that offers a variety of classic American breakfast and lunch dishes. The restaurant is known for its well-prepared food, with highlights including the Homemade Biscuits with Sausage Gravy and the bread pudding. While the sausage gravy could use a bit more seasoning, it is praised for being thick and flavorful, unlike the watered-down versions found elsewhere. The bread pudding also receives high marks, featuring a great custard-to-bread ratio and the perfect balance of sugar and cinnamon.
The service at Bob & Edith's is generally good, with kind and efficient servers who frequently refill coffee. There are always staff members walking around to ensure customers have what they need. However, there can be some inconsistency in the level of English fluency among the staff. The atmosphere of the restaurant is reminiscent of an old-time automat, with a lot of white tile and a location in the corner of a strip mall, which can make for a loud dining experience.
While the food is generally praised, there have been some instances of orders being incorrect, particularly on slower weekdays. Parking can also be a bit of a challenge, with limited spots in the front and back. Despite this, customers find the prices to be decent and appreciate the efficient service. Overall, Bob & Edith's DINER - North Arlington is a staple dependable diner that offers a good value for quality food, making it a solid choice for breakfast in the area.
