I ordered food for two adults and one child. Unfortunately, the chicken nuggets we received were so hard they tasted like they had been double-fried. I took them back to the counter, and the staff replaced them without any hassle, which I appreciated. However, the replacement nuggets were only lukewarm. While they were better than the first batch, they still weren't fresh or hot.
