The only place you can safely get gluten free ramen in the area. They indicated they prepare the gluten free ramen completely separately to avoid cross contamination. I have celiac and didn't have any issues. I do wish they offered more than just the one gluten free ramen option though. The particular dish they offer as gluten free isn't my favorite. It would be nice to be able to get other broths and ingredients with gluten free noodles.
Update: Still a great place to get ramen! But now they also offer sushi and the delicious drinks from sister Cafe next door! Tried the lychee fruit tea recently and it was refreshing and 😋
Good place for ramen in Arlington; ramen is cooked just right with just the right amount of chewy texture, not mushy or too soft. Portions are generous.

Honestly I had been looking for a no frills place that just served delicious food and amazing drinks and this was it.
Also try their TanTanmen, its incredible, and the best spice level.
