​I decided to try this spot after my go-to falafel place closed down, but unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my order. I ordered a tuna melt on rye bread and added lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. However, the toppings were practically nonexistent. it really just felt like eating tuna and bread. I ended up throwing away half of the sandwich. For the price, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. I won't be returning.

I go here almost every Saturday! Love the bagels and the staff. Bagels can get a bit expensive but the big portions and the awesome taste justify it imho.

Love their bagels & cute location but they use the same yucky knife to cut all bagels. You order plain & it’s all contaminated by the herb, chive & everything bagel they cut before yours. Yuck!

The bagels are solid but by god they need to teach their supplier staff better. I live in the neighborhood and every night at 8:30PM, they park their gigantic view-blocking box truck not only blocking the bike lane, but also in front of a VERY busy crosswalk with crossings every 30 seconds. I’ve observed close calls with car drivers and crossing pedestrians probably 10+ times now. I asked them to not do this in the future and to simply park 20 feet further ahead on the road, IN THE CAR LANE WHERE THEY WON’T BLOCK CROSSWALK VISIBILITY, and they refused. I will be keeping this one star review here until I see evidence that these drivers have adjusted their behavior (I walk this route every other day).

So cute, attention to every detail, delicious bagels and latte! This place exceeded expectations with the floral exterior decor on a cold day, friendly and patient service, and neatly packaged, hot, fresh bagels. They have variety of unique bagel flavors and cream cheeses to choose from.

Just attempted to eat a Mountain View bagel & a cappuccino. Both were not good. The bagel was sweet, the avocado tasted processed, the latke is greasy and unappetizing. The eggs…questionable. The cappuccino tastes old. Big disappointment.

Ordered 5 sandwiches and 3 Latka for asap pickup. Received text messages on order status. Food was ready within 15 minutes of ordering. Food was ready upon arrival. Everything was warm and tasty.

The positive: it’s in a nice location, the bagel sandwich was hot, and I got friendly service from the person up front taking the order.

However everything else went down hill. I had such high hopes for this place and I was genuinely shocked I received a bagel that needed to be thrown out paired with such a bland taste. I love bagel sandwiches and this is one of the worst I’ve had. That’s without considering it was 11 dollars plus tip. I could’ve made a better one at home with a Walmart bagel and I will not be back.
