This is a rare find in the Washington metropolitan area, specifically Northern Virginia. I had been looking for shawarmas that were cooked on a spit and not pressed meet with binders like you get everywhere else. Oftentimes Shawarma meat is cooked on a griddle and are so dry you choke them down. This place is not like that. I’m so happy to have this Turkish shawarma spot in my neighborhood. The restaurant is welcoming and family‑friendly, and the food is incredibly fresh and delicious.
