We have loved all the Great American Restaurants for years. But Carlyle wasn’t the same this time. Order came wrong and no service people in sight for a good 15 minutes. Then desert menus presented and again no one came back for 20 minutes so we just paid up and left. Sad.
Had a great experience here! The manager, Andrew, was AMAZING!! he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. he made some great recommendations that really added to the experience.

Our server, Hannah, was also incredibly sweet and made us feel well taken care of throughout the visit. Overall, great food, great atmosphere, and even better service. I’d definitely come back!

Great place for a good meal. Sitting outside is cozy and the staff are really on top of it. You’ll get multiple servers that work your section so there’s never a moment where you feel like you’re not being well taken care of. I had the lobster roll and it was awesome.
