I like Cosi's Cobb salad and have ordered it several times. The last time I was there on a Friday and ordered the salad. The boiled eggs had were puckered/wrinkled like they were very old. I threw them away. I have seen this before with Cosi where I have received wilted lettuce like they were trying to get rid of old stuff. To the management, please talk to your staff about throwing away old food.
We stopped by for breakfast, which was okay but not particularly outstanding. Service was pleasant, and the dining area is spacious and tidy overall. If you are not fussy and are just looking for a quick bite, then this place will not disappoint.

Cosi is a restaurant quite comparable to a Panera; reasonable prices for delicious sandwiches, flatbreads, and soups. Staff is friendly and the dining area is quite large in comparison with some of the other local diners of equivalence.
