I went into McAlester’s deli and I believe the cashier name was Iyana and she was so patient and welcoming! She was the best with assisting, helping and even suggesting things. She got me to buy a cookie and i didn’t even come there for a cookie lol. This is the type of service that makes you want to come back time after time. I want her to be my cashier every time!
Iona (I hope that’s how you spell her name) was soooo incredibly sweet and approachable. I was really impressed by her ability to provide fast but accurate service, she was very thorough in taking our orders and repeating them back. She also had knowledge on every item on the menu and was able to answer all questions and gave a few suggestions too. We visited McAlister’s Deli for the first time thanks to a T-Mobile Tuesday deal, and we’re so glad we did! We weren’t familiar with the restaurant, but since the offer was only valid that day, we decided to give it a try.
