Absolutely outstanding BBQ. The Dino rib was massive, tender, and packed with smoky flavor, while the brisket sandwich was juicy, perfectly seasoned, and melted in my mouth. The chili fries were the perfect side and loaded with flavor. As a bonus, everything is halal, which is hard to find at this level of BBQ quality. Great food, generous portions, and definitely worth the visit. I’ll be back for more!
Hal & Al's was a restaurant my husband found on Instagram. So, we wanted to check it out. I ordered the brisket sandwich, the appetizer sausage and tallow fries. The sausage where absolutely delicious! The brisket was tender, but there was no flavor. So, I had to ask for some salt and pepper and place some of there barbecue sauce on it to give it some flavor. My tallow fries, I think that's how you pronounce them, they where cooked to my liking, but the flavor was...
The food here is really good, the only issue is I noticed alot when I come here the meat is very fatty so in a plate your brisket may be 30-40% fat and inedible and that does suck so be aware. Their service is amazing though and I highly recommend their churro cake.
