No notes. I had such an amazing experience and the food was exceptional. I had the vegetarian and I did not feel like I was missing out. Flavorful, hearty, and just perfect with the chili crisp. 10/10
Absolute gem of a spot! Everything I ordered was delicious, but the wings were easily the best I’ve had in a long time. They were exceptionally crispy and flavorful. The noodles were fantastic, and the gyoza looked incredible (definitely ordering those when I come back!). Our server, Pam, made the experience even better she was so gracious, warm, and friendly. Will definitely be returning!
Hanabi is a great little gem in Arlington, serving Fukuoka-style ramen with real care. I had the Tan Tan Men, rich, flavorful and pleasantly spicy, with a very good broth, noodles with just the right bite, and an egg cooked perfectly. The gyoza were solid too.
For such a casual little place, the sake selection is surprisingly decent. Friendly Japanese staff, no fuss, just a very satisfying bowl of ramen. Definitely worth coming back.
