First time ordering from this place & I don’t know why I have waited this long. It is a cute little ramen place that serves tons of different food. As a vegetarian, I am glad they have enough options for me. Ordered vegetarian ramen, vegetable gyozas & chicken katsudon. Very flavorful, amazing taste. Vegetable ramen & katsudon was 9/10. Gyozas were tasty but not the best one I have got. Also, for just 5 small pieces gyozas, $12.49 is too much, I think. Service...
Hanabi is a place to be cherished. Came in with my wife for some ramen. Tonkatsu, Tan Tan Men, and Yakitori for dessert. The quality of the food was exceptional. The flavors deep and complex. The portions were hearty. Service was friendly but not overdone. And I can tell you this is legitimate Japanese ramen (from my limited travel experience).
The world needs more places like Hanabi. Local business, quality authentic food, professional service, and warm atmosphere.

Ordered gyoza as an appetizer. Had a lot of flavor and was delicious. Chose the tonkotsu ramen for main dish. Noodles slightly undercooked and flavor was okay. Not the best but not time worst ramen I've tried
