This is NOT a 24hour diner. Myself and 3 others planned to have a late night study session at ihop since it said 24hrs. We arrived at 9:30, everyone ordered food+ coffee and at 10:55 the manager came over to tell us they were closing at 11pm and only do carry out options after 11pm. Very disappointed. Food was good but they need to specify on the site it’s only open 24hours for carry out.

No complaints here so far. Very nice and informative waitress. Relatively fast food service and very fast coffee which suits me fine. The food was very tasty, and we felt satisfied. Would definitely return in the future.

Average service. One server has recognized me as a "regular" by grabbing the menu and seating me upon entry. I am still treated and greeted less enthusiastically by all waiters and still receive the LEAST amount of attention compared to "others". For now will continue to dine at the Ballston Commons Virginia area because they are mostly respectful and the food is always hot and fresh!
Great food, great service. But they’ve cancelled the Ihoppy Hour menu recently without any notice. Paid more than double for the same meal because of this. So I probably won’t return to this location.
