I'm of two minds about the IHOP in Ballston. The service is typically stellar. Hannah and others do their best to make sure diners are well taken care of. At the same time, the last few times I've been at IHOP, the experience has been a bit underwhelming. I'm not expecting five-star dining, but there's been some moths/insects fluttering around the tables. Also, the booths/tables could stand a facelift as they are showing their age.
