I'm of two minds about the IHOP in Ballston. The service is typically stellar. Hannah and others do their best to make sure diners are well taken care of. At the same time, the last few times I've been at IHOP, the experience has been a bit underwhelming. Absolutely loved my visit to IHOP! The staff was so kind and welcoming. Our server had such a great attitude and made sure we were always taken care of. The food was delicious, fresh, and came out super quick. You can really tell they care about quality and service here. The restaurant was spotless and had a cozy, friendly vibe that made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommend this ihop
