On check in the place was really busy with busloads of kids also waiting for their rooms. At one point I asked the front desk staff if we would be on a floor with the teens as our last experience at a Marriott in the area was not good and I didn’t want a repeat of the same sort of experience. I chose this hotel for the proximity to the airport and closest metro station as the hotel provides a shuttle service to each. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes to each of those locations and during our 3 day visit, we utilized this service every day. The shuttle was on-time every single time. This is my 2nd stay at this property. Customer service is too lean. The hotel is fine if you don't need anything. When I arrived, the message light was blinking red on my phone next to the bed. I knew the message probably wasn't for me since no one knew where I was staying. I didn't want the red linking red light next to me while I slap so I hit the message button on the phone to listen to the message. And delete it, but the message button didn't work..
