McCormick & Schmick's Seafood & Steaks offers outstanding food with excellent management and servers. A farewell dinner was made special by the attention to detail. However, there were some disappointments noted, such as slow service, dirty wine glasses, and cold food. While the hostess was fantastic during a birthday celebration, the server lacked good customer service, especially towards an elderly family member. Despite these issues, the restaurant aims to provide a high-class experience, with special touches like a VIP card and birthday desserts.
