I’ve always loved coming here! Great seafood all fresh, you can really tell the quality is there. As someone who’s actually not a big fan of Italian this is somewhere I really enjoy frequenting. Recommend there scallop squid ink ravioli, calamari, and tiramisu. Only thing I’ll say is parking can be tricky so leave some time to find some if you’re coming here.
We just had dinner at Mele and it was phenomenal! We had a stressful day of traveling and the food hit the spot perfectly. The seafood fettucine was fresh and delicious, and our waiter was very friendly and personable. The owner even approached us, amidst his working on bathroom renovations, and made us feel like regulars. I would most definitely recommend Mele to anyone in the neighborhood!

I have been visiting Mele Bistro for years, and since the moment that Frank and his colleagues took over the Village Bistro business, it has been an amazing restaurant, with consistently high quality of food, welcoming atmosphere, and friendly service. In the early days--and I mean years ago--they struggled at times with timeliness of service, but always did their best to provide exceptional food and graciousness. These problems have been completely overcome: a testament to the way Frank and his team focus on doing their very best. The menu is extensive, and each item is a work of art and a gastronomic pleasure! I highly recommend Mele Bistro!

Fun atmosphere with brightly colored lights adorning the entrance. Lively inside with bar, but noise level was not too high that we could not talk together at our table. Food was delicious and the manager /maybe owner took the time to come by and personally check in with each table.

Food was just ok, ha d fish, it was overcooked, calamari appetizer was bland. Way too much noise, tables are packed in, so we heard more of the people next to us than ourseleves. Felt like we were being rushed through meal. Won't go back.

I usually do not leave reviews but this was a very postive experience. I ordered a steak which was perfectly cooked and it came with two sides, both the fries and mash potatoes were delicious and flavorful. The host was very energetic, welcoming, and very likable coming around to make sure everything was good. The appetizer bread was fresh, warm, and soft. Overall a very good experience and I would highly recommend.
One of the great places to eat in Arlington. The staff is always so welcoming and the food is some of the best in the area. Try this place out and you will not be disappointed.

Great food and engaged host and waitstaff. Beautiful inviting decorations inside and out. However, the extreme noise level at restaurant made it impossible to hear the person beside you. Tables very closely and uncomfortably spaced. Will visit again but probably only earlier in the week when not as crowded.
