Fresh high quality food that is creatively and well prepared. Charming owner and attentive service. An extensive wine list. Indoor dining room can be loud but was fine as early diners finished.
Mele is truly the best restaurant in Arlington. The food is always fresh and the service is amazing. Frank is a special person and the home backed bread is the best I've had in the US. Prices have gone up, but no more than anywhere else -- well worth it for the quality of food and experience.
Ambiance is very nice. Nice atmosphere. Food very good. Bread delicious!!
Menu listed pesto with toasted pine nuts. My pesto had no pine nuts in it. I did have thinly sliced toasted almonds in the pesto, it tasted great. But I was looking forward to the pine nuts. Thank goodness I am not allergic to almonds.
