Best steaks ever and perfectly done for all 5 of us. , best banana cheese cake. Everyone loved loved their desserts. Great wines. Shaun was a terrific waitress , and knew a lot about wine recommendations. She was so on top of all our requests. This will be our steak place when we visit our daughter again.???????

The food was delicious! Most of the people in my party ordered the filet mignon and it was so flavorful. I had the miso seas bass, delicious. Crab cakes, lobster Mac n cheese, oyster rockerfeller, all great! The service was a little slow. It took a while for our entrees to come out but overall, a pleasant dining experience.

Danny did a great job of making sure we were okay after taking over for the bartender with the locks. The bartender with the locks was amazing and provided excellent customer service even during the valentines day rush.

Massive thanks to our server, Shaun, whose warmth and kindness brought special joy to our evening! She recommended the pork belly appetizer and chocolate lava cake, both were amazing. My lamb was delicious. Not some place I will go often due to price, but it was well worth it for a special occasion.

My husband and I had dinner at Morton's in Arlington as a late Valentines Day dinner. The service by Yo-Han was amazing. We did the Valentine's Day dinner special for $169. The lobster Mac n cheese and the creamed spinach was amazing and the lava cake for dessert was delicious. But the steak feel short. It was tough I didn't eat it. My husband was disappointed as this was his second time at Morton's and expected more from the steak. A restaurant known for good steaks shouldn't let the steak be the worse part of the meal. We left Payton $269 for a meal where we didn't enjoy the main dish.
Our waiter was awesome! Loved his energy and engagement. Then the drinks came out. Yummy options! Sidecar was ok. But the passion for margaritas were delicious. Then our food. Wow!! We ordered filet mignon (medium), Cajun ribeye (medium rare), truffle fries, and Brussels sprouts. Everything was amazing! The ambiance set the mood for our special date night. This was a top tier night for my love and I. We'll be back.
Went for Valentine's Day and the service was awful! They were at least 45 mins behind on reservations, our bottle was wine was dropped off at the table but never opened and served to us until we asked for someone to service us. We never received our starters, the food came out completely wrong and we were charged for things that never came or we didn't order. Terrible service. We will continue to go to the DC location.
My experience at the King of Prussia location was top tier. My experience at a landrys restaurant (Del Frisco's) has always been top tier. Yesterday 2-14-24, I went for dinner here at Mortons in Crystal City, VA and it wasnt top tier. I was definitely disappointed. Our server Yoshon should be ashamed of himself (I could say and do more but Im not). I appreciate the GM stepping in to rectify the situation. Thank you. Will I be bck to Mortons in Va? Idk, I know I read the prior reviews and was praying for a different experience. However I may just stick to Del Frisco's, since ive been going to them since I was 22.
Hubby and I took our moms for vday to share the news of our pregnancy. Our waitress Kasey was so kind to capture the moment with video and helped make the occasion so much more special. Thank you!

Reservation was set for February 14, 2024 at 4:15 pm. We we exactly on time and were seated. We waited an hour before our entree was brought to us. We only had an hour to eat as we had a special event planned at 6:30 pm. We finally received our bill at 6:05 pm. Both my wife and I were upset. We also were upset that the waiter never told us that the options we chose were an extra cost. We ordered the special dinner for two at $169. The waiter never, ever told us that there would be additional costs or upgrade fees of any kind. Very surprised at the level of service by Morotons. A place that I've gone to for years. Very disappointed with the overall experience. It put a damper on Valentines day for sure.
