Here to say I had a GREAT experience with Heng. It’s a very busy Starbucks and a very small space to work. He noticed myself and another woman waiting - we didn’t even say anything - and sprung into action and was lovely!!! Noticed a lot of customers were the rude ones honestly. Thank you for my coffee Heng!
There is this one employee, Heng, is the rudest employee there. I don't know a single person who enjoys his presence either employee nor customer. Heng is always on his phone and barks orders at the other baristas, even when it's busy. He blasts the music so loud it's hard to hear. He's done this multiple times and I recorded it last time because I wasn't even at the stand, sitting at a table, and it was hard to talk to anyone. Heng PURPOSELY made my iced...
