Three times I've purchased coffee beans at this location and asked to have them ground for an automatic drip coffee maker with a basket filter. Each time, the employee waiting on me had no clue what grind setting to use and didn't know what an automatic drip coffee maker was. I was asked by the various employees "You mean a French press?" "You want instant?” or "What's a basket filter?”
Seriously, Starbucks?? Do you not train your employees anymore?
