Sweetgreen is a salad place that serves great salads. However, some issues have arisen recently. The restaurant has run out of arugula and the miso dressing has been reformulated, which some customers have found to be oily. Additionally, there have been technical issues with the card readers, making it difficult for customers to choose not to tip. The restaurant has reusable plates but failed to offer them to one customer. The rice in a bowl was also burnt. Despite these issues, the staff is friendly.
