Subway

11/19/22 I was feeling kind of shakey before getting something to eat. My blood sugar was 89 when I checked, but I wasn't feeling hi gry at the time. Luckily, Subway popped up next to a massage place and I decided to get something to eat. I noticed many of the names have changed for the sandwiches. Some are the same sandwiches with a new name, but if you don't like the choices, you can create your own. I second Nicole's review - Sarah is an amazing sandwich maker! Been going to this Subway for six years now, and it is still the best one I've been to in the DMV, always fresh. Sadly I'll be moving soon and will have to find another one. Sarah is great, as well as the other employees that were there before her.

This Subway location is tucked away in a barren little shopping area just off the Crystal City Metro Station. Honestly, I don't know how some of these other places stay in business. It did end up being a fantastic shortcut to get from the Metro Station to right out on the sidewalk right next to Morton's Steakhouse, which coincidentally was right next to the CVS by our hotel!
