I was pleasantly surprised by the Bison Ribeye. Great flavor and it was wonderfully prepared! The French fries were awesome and the kale salad was a nice compliment to the plate. I'm not a restaurant chain person but would come back for the steak!
The waitress was very informative. She helped me decide between the bison and beef steak. She allowed me to taste the bison brisket to get a feel of the meat and it's texture. I ordered MY beef steak medium well, but the chef decided the way he wanted to cook my steak was more immortal than the way I ordered it. The steak was medium rare AT BEST. I don't have good history with steak cooked that way, it's like chewing bubble gum and it ends up on the plate. I didn't...
