When you're longing for a great Italian sub, this is the only place to go in the DMV. Crusty rolls filled with thin sliced meats and all the fixings (lettuce, tomatoes, onions, hot and sweet peppers) make a meal for two. My cousin tried the meatball sub and is arranging a trip back just so she can have it again.
We absolutely loved it here!! The staff was extremely friendly and the sandwiches we had were amazing. We also bought some Italian goodies from there that I couldn't find anywhere else
This place is an institution. Absolutely amazing sandwiches, world class pizza and a reasonable selection of European groceries. You can't go wrong. Pro tips - call in your sandwich order in advance and the peppers are a must.
