The people working there don't have much personality. Just sort of blah robotic type people. No smile, no hello, nothing. They make my coffee fine so I cannot complain there but it would be more pleasant if there was an ounce of joy in the place.
You have a better chance of them being out of what you want then actually having it. Especially frustrating for kids - a large target audience for donuts and ice cream. I could understand if it was the end of the day but we always go in the morning or afternoon. They should have a big "while supplies last" sign out front.
