My birthday party was so lovely at Eddie Merlot's. Our server, Marquez, was always right on que to assist us with everything we needed. Exceptionally professional and polite. We really enjoyed his engaging personality. All of my guests commented on what a great guy he is. Thank you Marquez. Looking forward to dining at Eddie Merlot's again soon.

My lady and I went in to have a nice dinner, for the first time at Eddie Merlots, and Simon gave us the most impeccable service that we could have ever asked for. Great recommendations, and even better attentive, detail oriented service. We will be back just to ask for him to take care of us once more. Thanks Simon!
