Thankfully, the catered food was just as good because they put care and quality into the prep and delivery! I can appreciate that it’s difficult to prep a larger size of food and deliver it fresh and in a way that upholds the quality of the food. They have everything down to a science. The employee who delivered everything was on time, professional, and careful! Their communication with scheduling and planning was outstanding which is very important to me. “I visited the Soul Rebel food truck while in the D.C area this past summer. The Jerky-Q wings were a hit with my family. So much so I recently ordered the sauce. Shipping was quick and I put the sauce to use right away. The family loved it. I also ordered the Dat Mo’ Fiya Jerk Marinade and it went well on my grilled chicken. I’m a fan of Soul Rebel and next time I’m in Virginia, I hope to visit the food truck or upcoming physical location.“
