“This place is Great! Highly Recommend!Hotpot is a perfect special occasion food genre. With KBBQ, you don't get enough veggies, and you leave feeling kind of icky. Not with hotpot. The veggies here are fresh and delicious (highly recommend the lotus root, pumpkin, and bok choy) and the meat is, hear me when I say, *succulent*. The lamb and pork belly are my fav, and my fiancé loves the seasoned beef and brisket. The broth is perfect-- not over-salted like some other places, so you can actually drink it. I prefer the milky and herbal broths (I make a small attempt to follow traditional medicine), and my fiancé is really into the spicy kimchi and Szechuan broth. I've tasted and they are so flavorful and have a really fulfilling warm kick. The sauce station has a lot of variety, and I always mix together a 3 parts sesame paste, 2 chive, 2 garlic, and 1 sesame oil sauce for everything. It's so good, but if you're at a loss, go with 100% sesame paste. I eat oranges in between orders to aid digestion, and after, you must get the macaroons!“
“I went to the new Ashburn Honey Pig last weekend and it was soooooooo good! The decor is lovely and the staff was great. But the food... We ordered the spicy pork belly and the bulgogi and they were to die for! The sides were also delicious. I definitely recommend this restaurant.“
