“I had a problem with my order the day before, but the manager at Moby Dick handled the situation very professionally and respectfully. They sincerely apologized, refunded my money, and even gave me the meal as a kind gesture.
I really appreciated the way they treated me and how seriously they cared about customer satisfaction. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but professional and respectful customer service like this is what makes a place stand out.
