This is the best Indian restaurant in the Ashburn area. I have lived here for years but only recently discovered it, a curse of my loyalty to a different place for years. Top quality and when you ask for spicy, they will make it spicy :D. The veg and non-veg entrees are equally great.
I was misled by Google maps to Persis Biryani Grill when I went in search of Rasa Haveli. We decided to give it a try even though the menu was mostly non vegetarian and our palate of choice being vegetarian. The hostess was extremely nice and took excellent care with suggestions and service. I dinged half a star for the ambience which was dark without enough light, but compensated with nice art. It was my first time tonight and I’ll be back soon. I asked the person on the phone to recommend 2 best biryanis and an appetizer.Great food, tasted like it was made at home (in a good way)Glad I skipped the other usual go-to biryani spots and gave Dwaraka’s a shot.Just keep doing what you’re doing. Consistency is a rarity these days.
