I really enjoy this place. Their boba is consistently cooked perfectly. Not too firm or mushy. I always prefer milk tea over the fruit slushies, so I can’t speak to those. Their milk teas are smooth and you can adjust your preference in sweetness. They have a great selection of toppings as well. My one suggestion would be to add more variety to their milk teas. Some milk tea suggestions would be: ginger-milk teas, lavender and rose milk tea, masala chai, rose chai,...
My daughter found this cute spot a couple of years ago and it has become our go to.
Slushes are my fav and theirs are hands down the best! My teen changes up her selection but favors the tiger tea. Staff has always been pleasant and willing to answer questions.

Y-tea never disappoints!! We switch between a Mango milk tea/mango jelly/cheese foam/25% Sugar and the Strawberry milk tea/strawberry popping boba/cheese foam/25% sugar. Highly recommend this tucked-in-the-corner beverage shop!
