“There’s rust on the buffets, the food was room temperature and the bathrooms look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. There is so much build up on the faucets and there is dried human waste smeared in the stalls. I left an entire plate of food sitting there because there was no way I was eating food prepared there after I saw the conditions presented to the public. I don’t even want to think about what the kitchen looks like.“

The Beach House in Virginia is such a fun place to hang out! The whole beach-bar theme makes you feel like you’re kicking back on vacation, even if you’re just stopping by after work. It’s also an awesome spot to watch a game — plenty of TVs, great energy, and a crowd that actually gets into it.

The food was fantastic. I ordered buffalo wings — all flats and extra crispy — and they absolutely delivered. Big, meaty wings (none of those tiny “where’s the rest of it?” wings you get at some places), cooked perfectly and loaded with flavor.

Cocktails? Not weak at all. They know what they’re doing behind the bar, and it shows.

And the service… easily some of the best I’ve had. Friendly, fast, and super welcoming — the kind of staff that makes you want to come back again.

“I have eaten here multiple times over the years. It is a good casual spot if you want to eat at the Hotel and not drive. On this occasion, I had a terrific BLT, steak fries, and a Stone IPA (I actually had three, but I walked back to my room). My waitress was really nice. I enjoyed my meal.“
