The Barn at 678

OMG had so much fun last weekend. Thank you for hosting my huge party for my birthday. It was so much fun from start to finish! The grounds were amazing and the slushes were yummy. My favorite part was the karaoke and dancing!!! Thank you for making my day fantastic!!!!

I stumbled upon this charming spot a couple of weeks ago during a girls' day trip to wineries. We had an amazing time! The owner, Lori, and her staff were incredibly kind and made us feel like part of the family. We thoroughly enjoyed the live music and super fun karaoke! The grounds are beautifully laid out, featuring a barn for live music and karaoke, an enclosed atrium-style garden lounge, a tasting room, and another cozy building for relaxing with drinks and good company. There's plenty of seating for everyone! I’ve been there twice already and I'll definitely return when in town. The cider and peach slushy are also delicious! This spot has quickly become one of my favorites – looking forward to our next visit!

Our bachelorette party stopped at this winery and had such a great time we canceled our last wine stop and stayed at Barn 678! The karaoke was a blast and everyone was so welcoming and sweet. Highly recommend this on your winery tour in the area for both small and large groups!

I visited The Barn at 678 a few weeks ago with my family. They had all previously been, but it was my first time checking the place out and seeing all it offered. I found the venue to be very inviting, with plenty of seating options from their tasting room to the outdoor fireplaces. I tried 6 of their 7 reds and did not find one I did not enjoy. The owners were present the entire time I was there, engaging in conversation with all of the guests, creating a much more welcoming and enjoyable social atmosphere. I highly recommend checking them out!

Great atmosphere! They have plenty of areas to sit and enjoy a drink. Someone was going around setting up and lighting fires for visitors to sit around. I liked that you could customize a flight. It was nice to mix wine, mead, and cider and try it all. They had a food truck and live music the Saturday I went. Plenty of parking.

Oh my gosh this place is awesome. You won't be disappointed! Lori was wonderful kept up entertained and gave us some good history. This place is so adorable!!! It is welcoming and homey! We will be back!

Great wines, ciders and beer. It's so charming and the cleanest ever. The owners are so nice and put 100% into it. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Very friendly place, wine is excellent but I particularly love the beer!

So we visit Charlottesville two times a year. Today we came to The Barn at 678 since we try to visit new wineries in the region. All I can say is this is a hidden gem in the Charlottesville region!! The facility, staff all compliment the wines that are terrific. We look forward to many return visits

Very nice place, friendly staff. Great variety of drinks options..wine, beer, cider and mead. Enjoyed everything I tasted. Good music.

I recommend this winery to everyone! Friendly owners and such a beautiful place!! The wine is great and they also have beer and ciders for non wine drinkers.

It could be a nice spot. However, you cannot bring your own water bottles coffee mugs or travel mugs to hydrate yourself. The owner also set up a private and very loud karaoke for her friends that could be heard over most of the seating area. There is not enough seating to get away from the bad singing and actually enjoy the winery. Saw and spoke with several people who also voiced their disappointment in the owners choice of a loud karaoke on a Sunday afternoon. I will happily go elsewhere.

My husband and myself and our little Miniature Schnauzer had a wonderful time here! The wines were very good and my favorite was the Peach Sangria! The owners were so kind and shared pictures of their dogs as well! A family friendly place wirh picturesque relaxing setting!

I tried a beer flight, and my friend did a wine flight. The beer was pretty good. Not too hoppy! Just right. My friend said the wine was average. There was live music and it was descently busy! There is plenty of indoor and outside seating! There is a really cool greenhouse. The people working were fun and friendly!
