I ordered pizza to be delivered to Bedford primary school and included the address. I have waited over an hour for my pizza to be delivered to a house. I asked if the driver could go back and get my pizza and delivered it to me as I’m at work, they said that they would I have still been standing outside in the rain for over an hour with no pizza delivery. I spent well over $30 the staff Did absolutely nothing about it so 10 out of 10 do not recommend to be your delivery driver...read full review
just poor communication. messed up families order for birthday pizzas -- said would replace-- nope manager wont replace. Bad customer service
We ordered our pizza online and it took over an hour to be made. This is so unacceptable! I even heard one customer come in and say bre ordered online and the carrier said it wasn't done yet. The customer asked when they thought it would bs done and that responded saying "honestly I don't know" the customer stated he ordered his pizza an hour ago.
