Such a beautiful backdrop for a wedding! The staff is welcoming and accommodating as well! As a photographer, I LOVE the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains for photos and this spot is one of my favorite places to capture that!
We had a super nice waitress Brandie very friendly and efficient . See y’all next year !
We are on our first of two nights. Huge disappointment with the restaurant at dinner. Apparently they lost a lot of their staff recently which caused an incredible wait. The skeleton crew did thier best. For around $350 a night. "sigh". Very unfortunate. I hope they sort the lack of staff situation that during the peak season here.

The lodge's location on the Blue Ridge Parkway, milepost 86.1, with a little lake on the back side, and several hikes and mountains very close, make it a perfect get away. The wonderful staff at the Peaks of Otter were incredibly attentive and patient. The talented chefs impressed with their cooking. For a restful place to refresh your soul, there are few places better than Peaks of Otter.
