We stopped at the winery not knowing it was apple wine and even though I had hesitation I was able to find one I absolutely loved. We were so very well taken care of by a gal named Katrina, who actually made this visit better than we could have ever expected. She told us about the animals so we walked down to go see them. Such a beautiful farm and so much history! Had the absolute best service. Thank you Katrina!
The winery, shop, orchard, farm animals and staff are all awesome! 5 stars ☆
They provide school field trips with orchard and animal fun. Their wines are very well blended and although I don't usually like sweet they have produced some fine semi-sweet with excellent flavor. The charming shop is full of jams & sauces and friendly Karen will mix you up a slushy or a glass of wine. Beautiful setting.
We have been going every year for about 8 years. I think yesterday was our last time. They seem to be struggling with the upkeep of the property. The grass rows in the orchards used to be cut and there were so many rotten apples on the ground this year that were attracting bugs and bees we left. That has never been an issue before.
