Very fun and relaxing environment and the young lady that manages Poor Billy's gave me some of the best service, best tasting drinks and good conversation I've had in a long time. Hands down hey 180 degree difference in service and quality then the last time I was there are you okay so looks like you're moving in the right direction. We will be back again

Oh Big Al's...what happened to you? Mediocre food and cheap beer. Toilet may as well be a bucket in the middle of a room. There are better places to go (pretty much anywhere).

This place is a s*** hole. For the longest time one of the women's bathroom stalls didn't have a door. 90% of the time if you get a drink it's undrinkable and I don't even know how that's possible. They started charging a cover on some nights and honestly nothing about the place is worth a cover. And I say this with every other dive college bar in Blacksburg in mind. Also if you know anyone that's worked there you've probably heard bad things about management.

Seems to have gone down hill over the years. Used to have great seafood, we were regulars, and was almost always crowded. Food quality is now just ok. Not crowded anymore. Probably not going back.

New Years Eve was a blast!! Met some really cool people and ran into a few friends. The bartenders were awesome and the jared stout band was awesome as well.!. I definitely will be coming back soon!!! It's a great atmosphere there!!
Both times I've gone here, I've gotten served quickly and the food came out promptly. It wasn't busy either time.

No Captain Morgan's on Friday....we were the only customers in the place...although when the guy opened to cabinet to see if he had Captain Morgan...he closed and said he didn't when I saw he did! By the way we are HOOS fans....the visitors in Blacksburg on Friday.
