The drive-through line was wrapped around the building, and curbside pickup was packed. Despite the chaos, Dewayne stayed calm, focused, and incredibly polite. I had actually made a mistake on my own end with my order, but instead of making me feel bad or brushing me off, he worked with me patiently and quickly to fix it.

Watching him manage his team was impressive—he was directing staff, answering questions, and handling customers with total respect, all while making sure the line kept moving. It's clear he sets the tone for great service even when things are hectic.

“Had to wait just a few minutes but I could see how the crew was working. I'm glad I waited. Me and my fiancè were coming here for lunch after a long drive and the place was clean and the food looked exactly how it does in the pictures. On my receipt, it says the cashier's name was Schreal. I didn't ask if it was the gentleman's name because he was assisting others as I was walking out. But he was wonderful!! Very sweet and excellent for customer service for the wait we had and how many people were in the restaurant and also in the drive thru. My fiancè even said he was happy. I really liked the atmosphere we had received.“

“apparently no maintenance has been done for a long time. Cold bare inside, not inviting, no decorations at all. carpet looks like it is in a greasy garage, totally nasty. No lights outside, doors need oiling and scraping the floor. Heating loud and noisy. Food was great.“

We turned around, grabbed some dinner and ate in the parking lot. The staff was courteous, the food was prepared quickly, and tasted great. We enjoyed the relaxation watching the local train yard while we ate.“
