The cleanliness of the place was remarkable – one of the cleanest Subway locations I’ve ever been to. Every surface, from the counters to the dining area, was spotless, which made the dining experience so much more enjoyable.

The customer service was equally impressive. The staff were polite, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about providing a great experience. They made my order exactly as I requested, with a smile and great attention to detail.

It’s rare to come across a fast-food restaurant where both cleanliness and service are prioritized so highly. I’ll definitely make a point to stop by this location whenever I’m passing through the area again. Highly recommend!”

There is customer service and then there is customer care, she was amazing.”

“The crew manager, Heather Parker, was outstanding in helping me and other customers today. I even asked for her name so I could write a positive review for her. It was busy but she managed to keep calm and get each order in a timely manner. One employee was obviously frustrated but she relieved him of his duties and took over to allow him time to rest. That type of leadership is definitely hard to find in any job and it was refreshing to see it still exists! I do not visit Wytheville often but will make a point to stop in Wendy’s when I am traveling through!”

“Though I kind of miss the Macado's location at the Mercer Mall, I have to admit that the food and service at this location is superior in every way. I was there yesterday with a friend. I had the fish and chips and was allowed to switch out the coleslaw for potato salad. Everything was delicious! Service was excellent! Portions were so generous, I could make 2 large meals plus potato salad left over (very generous portion) Highly recommend!”

““I didn’t get this mans name, he works at the subway in Walmart in Bluefield, VA.
He made my lunch today with amazing enthusiasm and pleasure! He was courteous and very professional. Then as I was eating this elder woman came in. He came from behind the counter, helped her to a table, read her the menu & explained the different meal deal options and then went and made her lunch.
He went above and beyond customer service! I wish I would have gotten his name but if you go eat there, be sure to tell him what a great job he does! His warm hospitality today certainly warmed my soul!”
