This is the first place I've found in this area that has authentic Mexican food. What they serve isn't Americanized. The food is like what you find in a good restaurant in a locals area of a city in Mexico. Wonderful tacos, wonderful tamales made onsite (I saw the woman making them from scratch), and salsa that tasted homemade. (I didn't see it being made, but I've never had anything like that from a bottle.)

Beautiful family owned restaurant with a very attentive staff. Felt right at home when I walked in. Had the pork and chicken tamales that were delicious. Also had a carne asada torta and a al pastor taco. All food was excellent. The salsa they provided reminded me of one my grandmother used to make. Will definitely be coming back!
