Factory Tamale is a family‑owned restaurant that feels like a home. The staff are friendly and warm, and the vibe is family‑operated. The menu offers authentic Mexican food that is not Americanized. Highlights include pork tamales, chicken tamales, beef tamale, and cheese tamales. The pork and chicken tamales are delicious, moist, and well seasoned. A carne asada torta and an al pastor taco are also excellent. Bean and cheese pupusas are very and not greasy, and the salsa tastes homemade. Homemade tortillas are the best outside California. The horchata and jugo de melon are among the best drinks. Beans and rice accompany the tamale combo and are delicious. Prices are reasonable and the service is quick. The service is friendly and quick, and the food is delicious. The place is clean, cute, and quaint, though it is set back from the road and hard to see. Use Google or Apple Maps to find it. Factory Tamale is a gem that deserves a visit.
