McDonald's is a restaurant that offers a variety of menu items, including milkshakes and Big Macs. The staff can be friendly and hardworking, with some employees going above and beyond to provide good service. However, some customers have experienced issues with food temperature, such as extremely hot fries. Despite this, the restaurant has made efforts to improve its cleanliness, including the bathrooms. Overall, McDonald's can be a convenient and satisfying option for a quick meal.
