“This McDonald's was the best one we have had in ages!! I am not even a huge fan of McDonald's BUT, the fries were fresh and I mean like fresh out of the fryer!!! Chicken nuggets were fresh, and my husband's burger was fresh! The staff in the frive thru was excellent!!! Both were very friendly and courteous and even smiled!!! Excellent place to go for fresh food!“

Brother in law offered to make breakfast and respectfully denied his services and replaced it with Winchester’s local best, Big L’s Bagels. Mmmmmmmm“

The drink options are also plentiful and delicious! Full coffee bar and tea options. The sitting area is so cozy and adorable. Well designed. We live locally and I always get cravings for this gem of a place!“

“Love my black coffee and this place does it great (and cheap)! But that is only the start of what is cool about this place. Go there and work for an afternoon on one of the couches and listen to the vintage vinyl records that they put on in the background. If you are into folky/country-type music and want to come across song gems you would never get exposure to on the radio or spotify, check this place out. Definitely makes you see the value in a good DJ that is looking out for you and your pleasure rather than just playing billboard hits over and over again because a music station tells them to.“

The people who work there are some of the friendliest people in existence. The place as a whole feels safe and inviting. “We drive often to Waynesboro, VA to visit my wife parents and sometimes Dunkin come along the drive. When we feel to eat sweet and we know there's a good ? on the road we stop at Dunkin and get the Boston cream it's so good . Definitely recommend to stop and get you coffee and some donuts and be happy.“

The Dunkin’ Donuts location serves as a convenient rest stop along the road, conveniently situated within a gas station. The Turkey Sausage, Egg & Cheese sandwich on a croissant and the hash browns were thoroughly heated, ensuring they were piping hot, fresh, and devoid of any freezer burn or other signs of improper storage. The food quality is satisfactory.

Regarding customer service, I observed that the staff responded promptly to customer requests, even minor ones. For instance, they accommodated my request for a cup to assist me in providing me a disposable cup so I could stir my medication with water. Additionally, the store was maintained in a clean and organized manner.“

They ensure to make great recommendations for you when you aren’t sure what you want. Muggs is constantly updating their menu and experimenting with new flavors.“

“Guys this is the best Starbucks I have been too! First of all the drinks taste awesome!!! Second of all we kind came late coming off from the highway towards their closing time and the staff were really nice about it. Instead of being really rude or giving dirty looks the staff had awesome customer service with an bright smile and made the drinks taste really well instead of making them really sloppy or making them watered down like other places would. “This Exxon is clean, fresh and always friendly. They have a self serve Dunkin that has donuts, bagels (they will toast them if you ask) with and without cream cheese, hot coffee, and Iced Coffee. Their deli has hamburgers, chipped beef gravy, sausage gravy, biscuits, toast, BLT's, and even tuna salad. Tina and Vickie can't be beat as far as a friendly helpful staff.“

“I've visited several Dunkins in the area and this location has really leveled up over the rest. The lobby was sparkling clean, everything was well stocked and the service was great. If I had any complaints it would be minor things, like sometimes they run out of popular items (today it was everything bagels) and small portion sizes (coffee not always filled to the top).“

“The food was fresh which is a huge plus when stopping at McDonald's for me. But there was no workers up front and the few that could see me at the counter kept going with what they was doing as I wasn't there. I could see there was only a couple orders on the drive through as I was one of 3 customers in the lobby nog counting my daughter, and the other 2 was an older couple and already eating there meals. I waited over 5 minutes just to place our order if my daughter wasn't crying and ready to eat we would of left without ordering anything.“
