“Plotted to stop at this Dunkin'- needed a quiet time and it has a nice eating area. NO! Walked in and the shelf blocked the counter, kiosks were unplugged. Mike (manager?) saw my dismay and in spite of their techical troubles, he got my stuff and I barely missed a beat; sat in the dining area anyway! So kind, good coffee and gives me joy in humanity. “My husband and I ordered from this Dunkin Donuts last Sunday 08/24/25. We were very pleased with the customer service. Very friendly atmosphere. My husband ordered a regular coffee and a toasted sesame bagel with cream cheese and I ordered the iced pumpkin spice latte and a toasted multigrain bagel with cream cheese.
