“I had not been to a dairy Queen in quite awhile. I stopped in to meet a friend. Not being familiar with the menu is ordered a parm/ garlic chicken strip basket. It came before I could even sit down. The meal was hot fresh and delicious. I was surprised enough to leave this review. This location is very well run and clean. Solidarity was a very pleasant representative for the in house customers...definitely will stop by again“

“A lot of these reviewers have unreasonable expectations lol. It's a McDonalds, the staff here is mostly >25 years old, they're dealing with the concequences of end stage capitalism by participating in it because they have no other choice. The owners are probably either a massive LLC who doesnt care because youre going to buy the IP anyway or an actual mom and pop who are trying to get their promised ROI and are trying to keep staff satiated. Cut em a break, get your slop, and move on with your life. You're the one who wanted to go to a drive thru instead of cooking something yourself and chose Micky Dee's expecting a Michelin experience ??“

“I tried something that sounded different. I tried the burger with peanut butter, jelly, and bacon. The fries were good, too. It was delicious. Jansen cooked our food and even brought it to our car. Great food and service! I'll definitely be back.“

“Excellent. We stopped in on Valentine’s Day with no reservation and we were seated promptly. The waiters/waitresses and everyone in between were all very kind and patient. The food was INCREDIBLE. The garlic lime sauce was divine. The Cubano was authentic and delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant!“

“I found these guys across from Mercy house thrift store.
The burger is the best I've had in years. Found them tonight in new market to get more burgers. Again, they did not disappoint. Excellent food and they are very nice people. If you try their food, you won't want burgers from anywhere else. Very happy with them and will follow them around from now on. Thanks so much for the great food“

“This Steak 'n Shake is located on James Madison University Campus in the D-Hall building. The menu is limited, but it has the essential Steak 'n Shake items - burgers, chicken strips, and milkshakes! Prices are about the same as a traditional location. For non-campus members, visiting may be hard due to parking restrictions.“

“This Burger King has really upped their game!!! GREAT management. His name is Bryan or Ryan, I can't remember exactly. But he was super nice, very respectful. I got a vanilla milkshake and accidentally spilled the ENTIRE thing in the driver seat of my husbands car. lol. They manager said he would remake my milkshake for me and used the store card to remake it for me. THEN the maintenance guy I think it was, he does really well cleaning tables & keeping up with the restaurant!! He was outside while I was trying to clean the milkshake mess up & asked if I needed anything! He came out with towels and a bucket of hot soapy water! He even HELPED my husband clean the ice cream off the seat. 10/10 experience!!!! I will go here again and again before any other Burger King in Harrisonburg,Va“

“Not an eat in establishment but where else can you get dinner for two and awesome milkshakes for under $20? Great hush puppies, hot dogs topped any way you want, and good burgers. Milk shakes seem to be their forte. Oreo heath bar was superb with chunks of Oreos at the bottom of the cup. Always a best bet when you're in the south.“

“The food was great, fresh, and hot. I was a a little skeptical of eating there because I had a bad experience w the one at Mauzy BK. This BK was super clean. Cashier was awesome. I also got to see the kitchen very nice to watch them make your sandwich. Kitchen was also clean.

Parking: There were plenty of parking. If they don't have enough you could park in behind BK lower bottom from Martins and other businesses“

“Wasn't very busy on a Monday night. In town for a College tour for our son the following day, but our niece is a student at JMU, so we picked her up. Food was good, nothing amazing and lots, mean lots to choose from. Server was nice, but very slow and would disappear often. Cashing out we waited for over 15mins, then brought our check to the bartender. The atmosphere is very cool though. Little game area in the back. Cool statues and a big JMU Bulldog. Would like to check this place out on a Friday or Saturday night, sure its bumping.“

“Awesome DQ store. The best in Harrisonburg imo. Fast service. Food quality is 10/10. The staff could be a tad bit more friendly or welcoming. When I say hello, I would expect a hello back, which hasn't happened the last handful of time I've been. I wish there was a pecan flavor.“

“Kid-friendliness: My son has autism and Ashlyn (I hope I spelled it right) was working in the front and she was so considerate. She asked me if vacuuming would be too loud for him, and if so that she could wait. No restaurant or fast food place has ever asked me this and offered to accommodate my son like this DQ has, this place is so awesome and she needs a raise!“

“I have always like IHOp restaurants. But none is in my town. I have to travel 30 mins out. But I enjoy eating there. The omelet was well done. Not to mention the pancakes, delicious. Hint hint IHOP, my hot chocolate could be a bigger one. I loved the customer service from the entrance“

“Dec. 2023, we had our worse restaurant experience ever. My past review still shows here. After my review, we got a call from Applebee's asking us to give them another chance. I said no way because that visit had been us giving them a second chance. Eventually they offered us a large enough gift card that I took it. We just got around to using it and everything was good. Seated right away, service was excellent, low volume music was enjoyable, food came out quickly, and the food tasted good. We will be going back.“
