“We were recently visiting from Massachusetts during Spring Break. We came here twice within the week. Totally broke my diet! We got burgers the first time and a pizza to share at the wonderful winery (Blue Stone) the second. I'm still thinking about that pizza: it was fantastic. Went very nicely with sophisticated wine, too! Owner (?) seemed friendly. Hope to visit again soon.“
“We were in town on vacation and wanted to try some local pizza. This seemed like the best of the 2-3 options. We didn't have any issues. The pizza was ready on time and tasted good, at a reasonable price. This is not a comprehensive review, since we just got one pizza, but we were happy.“
“This is based solely on interaction and not the food. I ordered from my phone and didn't realize I order from Bridgewater, VA and not Bridgewater, NJ. Called and told them I am an idiot and how sorry I was and that lunch was on me. They went ahead and cancelled the order and refunded me the money which was not necessary because it was my mistake. If I'm ever in the area I will gladly stop and patronize this location“
“Great Maximus,finally a place to talk to someone in Italian and return to the simple flavors of Italy. The music in the background seems to be on the Amalfi Coast. Very kind person, like all the other staff. The Italian dishes are very good. I highly recommend a stop at his place (for a work break or with friends to have a chat)....and maybe even talk about Italian football.“
“We came here for lunch while visiting historic downtown Harrisonburg. This is definitely not your run of the mill pizza place and has both an upscale food offering with a super friendly vibe.They offer a great variety of pizza choices as well as a create your own. Each pizza is a 10” personal pizza which could be shared if you aren’t too hungry. They have other options as well besides pizza but we only tried the pizza.I created my own with mozzarella, hand pulled sausage, mushrooms and arugula. My partner had the Brooklyn and our daughter has the cheese (fresh mozzarella). Each pizza was very good and had super fresh ingredients. I really enjoyed mine a lot with the fresh arugula and the well seasoned sausage. The dough was very good and cooked perfectly.The service staff was very friendly and helpful. The layout was vey open and they have different seating options that would fit anyone’s preference. I definitely come back here again when I’m in town!“
“Stopped in Harrisonburg while traveling and did what I usually do, looked for a local brewery. Can not say enough good things about this place, the staff were phenomenal and the food was excellent but the real star was the beer. Had a Kolsch, it was fantastic and paired great with the Italian sandwich.Thank you, this was a great find after a long day of driving.“
“This is the location that's in the shipping strip behind the Valley Mall. Very friendly staff! The food was delicious and fresh, and the sodas cold that steam was coming off of our glasses! Great fries, breaded mushroom, pizza, cheesesteak, and Italian sub. Reasonably priced and they serve beer and wine.“
“My visit was phenomenal, myself and 2 friends each ordered an appetizer and entree, as well as each having a different cocktail. We all tried each other's food and drinks, and there was absolutely nothing to find at fault. Food was cooked perfectly and the cocktails were fantastic, as well as everything being reasonably priced. The blackened chicken special was great, chicken cooked perfectly, as well as the gnocchi and the tortellini entrees. On top of the excellent food, the service was some of the best I have ever received in almost any restaurant in the states. It's a six hour drive from me but I definitely plan on making the drive again, even if it's only for this place. Unfortunately I can't remember our waitresses name but she was fantastic. Highly, highly recommend.“
“This place is amazing. The service was one of the best I’ve ever had.The atmosphere is very good too with an Italian feel . The food was really good , the Mac and cheese amazing ?. The four cheese ravioli was so very good too. Chicken Parmesan was amazing. I actually rate it a 6 stars instead of 5 stars.Must go. This food is better than Gordon Ramsay’s food. 10/10. The service is the best quality of this place . When someone was sad they gave him a smiley face pizza . It is located in the mountains .Remember to go to this hole in the wall place“
“I made a huge mistake and ordered pizza from a different company for a birthday party. They were not going to have my order ready until after the party was over and did not notify us. We found out when we arrived to pick it up. Dominos, with their awesome customer service, came in clutch and got the order ready by the original time I needed it. Lesson learned! Always stick with what you know is great customer service and great food.“
