“Stopped by a few nights ago. Only dine in that was in Churchville and was visiting my friends. I have to admit that this is probably the best pizza I've had since I was in jersey as a kid. Heard the steak n Cheese is good too and will try that next time. Don't let the small town restaurant fool you! Great prices and they serve beer lol“
“Love the food, and love the owners. This is our go-to spot on the West End of the park, and we get takeout from here once a week.Parking: Can get tough at weekend meal times to get parking. They are pretty busy at dinner time, and a lot of takeout customers. I always feel guilty parking in front of neighborhood houses when picking up on a Friday/Saturday night.“
“The Shack was a refreshingly unique experience and we are still talking about the incredible flavors we enjoyed there. When we walked in to the tiny restaurant, we noticed the interior is completely unpretentious. At the Shack, the focus is the meal you will enjoy there and we really enjoyed that. We had a wonderful five course meal (with extra gifts added from the chef) and each had a different wine paring. The wine was very intelligently paired and really just made the evening. My husband and I had different food and wine with each course and with one of the courses we were each given a Chenin Blanc that were so radically different. We loved it, and the food was equally exciting. The chef meandered from Asian to Italian cuisine while sewing a thread of Appalachia through each course to tie it all together. Really inspired food and we cannot wait to return.*The food was beautifully plated but we did not take photos so you will just have to go enjoy it for yourself to see the chefs creations...they will likely be different next week anyway.“
“If you haven't been to Bricks since it reopened, you owe it to yourself to go. The renovations are well-appointed, the pizza is great, and the wings are (no exaggeration) the best in town. Friendly and skillful bar staff, pool tables, and the option of a smoking room for those interested. Jukeboxes in multiple rooms. Go have fun.Parking: The street parking is often full, but the lot right across the street usually has availability.“
“It's been three years since I first stepped foot in this restaurant and let my friend order me the Staunton Steam. My mind was blown; easily the best pizza in the states. My friend from New York says that's not the case, but she's lying; she's from New York. We've made a tradition coming here every Friday since. The staff is always friendly, fun, and excellent, and there's always a variety of beers to choose from. To add to it all, the walls are always decorated with new art in support of our local artists. Shenandoah Pizza is the greatest restaurant you'll ever find, and it's my favorite part of this otherwise amazing little city of Staunton, Virginia.I mean, uh, this place sucks. I'm going to Brick's.“
“I coach a basketball team that is from another town. We had ordered food from a business in our town but did not have enough for our team. Saving the day is the Staunton Domino’s! They were quick to help us by providing us with pizza to feed the rest of my team and great delivery service. Thank you Domino’s Staunton! The driver even threw in some plates and napkins without us asking for them! I HIGHLY recommend this store! AMAZING!“
“My partner and I stopped in on a Sunday around noon and were greeted and seated quickly. Our server was very nice and knowledgeable of items on the menu and was able to answer all of our questions. She checked in just the right amount of times and brought refills without needing to be asked. We ended up getting an order of bread sticks, stuffed shells, a small stuffed pizza, and a side Caesar salad.Breadsticks:*Crunchy outside, soft inside*Plenty of dipping marinara*Definitely recommendSalad:*The croutons on the ceasar salad are made from the breadstick bread and are so good. I don't normally like croutons because they're usually ridiculously hard, but I ate every single one of these!!*The dressing was different from most other ceasar dressings but still tasted good. It was a little sweet and less tangy.Stuffed pizza:*Very much like a calzone, overall, it was good. You are able to customize the ingredients. There is no sauce inside.Stuffed shells:*2 to a plate. That seemed like it was not going to be enough food, but they were surprisingly filling with lots of cheese.*I enjoyed the marinara, and the pasta was cooked well.*They are about $11, so take that into consideration when you order.Other random thoughts:*Plenty of seating*Plenty of parking*Bathroom was clean*My partner stated that he would have liked the bread items to be slightly *less* cooked/crunchy and it seemed like the oven may be too hot or it was left in a bit too long? I had no issue. These are just our personal preferences, obviously, so take everything with a grain of salt :)Overall, I'm pleased with our meal and the service received. If we are ever in the area again, I would be happy to stop in and try some other dishes and maybe even a dessert!“
“We frequent the holiday inn and conference Center when we travel from SC to,NY, we use to order from another pizza place for 15 years but had a very bad experience so bye bye littke Maria and hello Staunton flying pizza, hot, and delish pizza and wings as well as a sub for our journey tomorrow. You rick, DELISH!! And great delivery , on time, hot and fresh, !“
“I never bother to leave reviews, if I like the place I like it, I’d I don’t I don’t. The bite(s) I had of my girlfriend’s penne alla vodka was immaculate; quite possibly the best I’ve ever had. My pizza steak wasn’t as packed with meats as I would’ve preferred but the flavor was simply incredible.“
“At a friends party, heard about a new pizza place that recently opened up in Churchville, Va and had rave reviews from all my friends. We just had our 3rd delivery and gotta say… Think we found a favorite place to get pizza & subs! The delivery is fast and friendly. Highly recommend!!“
