“The photos are misleading and no longer apply. They downsized the location. They have tables to sit down but no waiting service. You order like take-out. The saving grace was the awesome register staff as well as the fresh, hot and delicious food. The pizzas and wings were piping hot!“

“We ordered a to go order. 1 pan pepperoni pizza with extra marinara sauce, 1 pan pizza with extra marinara sauce and lots of toppings, 8 boneless wings, and breadsticks with cheese.Everything was good except for the loaded pizza the middle was soggy. Maybe our mistake for asking for extra sauce, but we had to bake it more at home. This is usually a great Pizza Hut and we will return! We like the sweet marinara better than the regular pizza sauce so they were nice to change it for us.“

“ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!“

“Came later at night. Was busy but good food and service. My wife is allergic to certain food items and was easly replace no issue. Also manager josh made us feel welcome and gave us free desert. Not sure why the low review but they did well. Also want to thank Seirra for the customer service!“

“An employee named Teresa helped us purchase a gift card so we could use the recent promotions we had seen online but didn't realize that it was online order only. We place our order through the app so that we could collect rewards for our account. She was super friendly and helpful. The food came out hot and fresh (all but the fries) in a timely manner.
On a side note I really miss the buffet, used to come by and eat there when I was a kid.“

“Food and Drive Thru service was good. I had trouble with the menu board, layout confusing. They are really pushing the family pack items, trying to sort through to the single entrees took some time. Probably would be a good idea to look at an online menu before using drive thru“

“The Little Caesars on Euclid Avenue is the best place to get pizza. If for some reason it ain’t right, they will make it right and make it even better. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.!“

“With all of the negativity in this world i am so very glad to be fortunate enough to share some positivity. I am an OTR trucker who was about to begin his reset. I am a resident of Bristol so my personal vehicle is available to me. After shutting down my rig I made a quick trip inside of the Marathon. I realized that i had left my wallet in the cab so i went out to retrieve some form of payment. Betcha' can guess what happened, huh? Yup. Sure enough my rig had been broken into just that quickly. I had no means to offer up payment so i sat in my personal vehicle contemplating my options. Finally i decided to reach out for a little help as it was nearly 11 pm. I called Domino's Pizza on W. State St. In Bristol, TN. Upon reaching the manager and having explained to him my dilemma this most gracious young man offered to help a lost soul to recharge. Now, i fully expect that because of this mans generosity, the public at large would assume that i chose to offer this Review. Well, you'd be absolutely correct. Thank you to the young man who offered an old soul a bit of much needed help. And yes, the pizza was absolutely fabulous!!“

I want to take a moment to acknowledge the manager, Scott, at this Buffalo Wild Wings location. Earlier this week, I placed a lunch order for pickup, but unfortunately when I received my food, it wasn’t what I had ordered. Naturally, I was disappointed and tried to call the restaurant. They were understandably busy, but eventually I was able to connect with Scott.
From the moment we spoke, he was kind, professional, and willing to listen. I explained the situation, and he immediately apologized and worked with me to find a solution. He took down my correct order, asked me to give him a 30-minute heads-up before coming by, and assured me the food would be made fresh.
When I arrived, the staff greeted me with sincere apologies, and Scott personally came out to ensure everything was correct this time. He went above and beyond to make things right, showing respect, professionalism, and genuine care for both the customer experience and the restaurant’s reputation.
Thanks to Scott, what started as a frustrating situation turned into a positive experience. He truly turned it around and showed me why I’ll remain a loyal customer. If you’re looking for great food, outstanding customer service, and a manager who genuinely cares, I highly recommend visiting this location. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks!
