“unfriendly staff especially the drive-thru people who actually handle your food the manager is hateful at best. asked for help when the app wouldn't work properly inside the store and the manager snapped at me and the employee both... that "they don't know nothing about the app".. I won't go back there for a while!! if you can't be nice to customers who are responsible for your paycheck in the first place what are you even doing? they never say "thank you" you're welcome come back soon nothing" no courtesy, no nothing. front of house people running the registers are somewhat courteous and I have been to this particular branch many times just this year probably 50 times manager needs to be fired she's not even friendly. and just so you know I'm nice and friendly to everybody even when they're rude to me I don't engage with toxic people if I can help it probably never go back to this Branch again honestly.Parking: usually parking in handicap parking open even during busy hours“
“This was my first visit to this location. The restaurant was quite clean even though it was lunchtime. I was slightly put off when the drive thru appeared to get all the food first while those of us dining in had to wait for the second or third of something to be ready. I went in because the drive thru line was wrapped around the building & out into the road & I feared I wouldn't have enough time to get my food, eat & get back to work on time. As a result of the apparent catering to the drive thru customers, I ended up getting my food to go & eating on the way back to work - not enjoyable! My jr bacon cheeseburger was delicious with a warm patty & crisp, fresh veggies. The fries, although cooked golden, were not my favorite. They tasted somewhat old or stale - I'm guessing it was the oil. I tried to cover it up with a condiment, but the funny taste was still there. I would return here for lunch or dinner - I'd just skip the fries.“
“People were nice, food was timely. No complaints at all regarding food. I'm only deleting a star because Wendy's these hard working people seriously need new hats. It's a representation of the store. If u see your workers with dirty used and abused hats order them another. They are working for you to serve customers.“
